To ensure your keychain is perfectly customized, please follow these instructions:

1. Email Us: Send your request to customersupport@loriandco.ca or reply to your order confirmation email.
2. Subject Line: Include your full name and order number.
3. Attach Photo: Provide a cropped headshot of the pet portrait you’d like engraved on the disc.
4. Pet Name: Specify the name of your pet for engraving. Please note, only one font is available—see our sample photos for reference.
5. Multiple Discs: If you want multiple discs on the same keychain, clearly specify which name corresponds with each photo and ensure you have paid for the correct number of pendants.
