How do I personalize my gift?
Add your engraving text in the order notes at checkout. For pet portraits and custom handwriting pieces, after you order, email a clear photo (and your pet's name) to lori.gosse@loriandco.ca with your order number.
Where is it made?
Every engraved piece is hand-engraved by me in our St. John's studio and made to order.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship across Canada, with free Express shipping on orders over $150. Local pickup in St. John's is also available.
Can I gift permanent jewelry?
Yes. Permanent jewelry is booked as a studio appointment in St. John's. You can book online, or give a digital gift card so they can book their own.

I had the pet portrait keychain made for my husband after we had to say goodbye to our 18 year old cat. The image on the keychain is so close to the photo I shared with Lori&Co, I actually recognized our cat when the keychain was shared on a story before being sent to us! The turn around time was quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. All in all, were very satisfied with our order and will no doubt order from Lori $ Co again.
When I reached out to Lori for a handwritten necklace for my nan's funeral she was so sympathetic and quick to make it happen. She was willing to get it done for me to have to wear during her service. Something I will cherish forever.

Hi, I'm Lori. I started in 2016 as a university student selling handmade jewelry at the St. John's Farmers' Market under the name Jewelry by Lori. Today every personalized and memorial piece is still made to order and hand-engraved by me, right here at home in Newfoundland.
