Jewelry:

• No refunds. Exchanges are available only for defective items.

Clothing:

• No refunds. Store credit will be issued if the item is returned to Lori & Co. within 7 days of purchase, with tags attached and in perfect, unworn condition.

Other Products:

• No refunds. Store credit may be issued depending on the situation and at the discretion of management.

Order Cancellations:

• We do not accept order cancellations.

Holiday Policy:

• Jewelry: Exchanges only for equal value or store credit. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• Clothing: Items must be brought to the store by January 10th for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Shipping Policy:

• Standard Shipping: $15 (2-5 business days within St. John's). Free for orders over $75 (plus tax).
• Express Shipping: $18 (1-3 business days within St. John's). Free for orders over $100 (plus tax).
• Local Pickup: Available at our store on 60 Hamlyn Road.
• Rush Fee: $10

Please note, Lori & Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once your package has left our store, any issues must be addressed with Canada Post using your tracking number. For inquiries regarding your order, please email us at customersupport@loriandco.ca.

Order Pickup Policy:

• We will hold your orders for up to 6 months. After this period, due to limited space, the items will be returned to inventory, and no refunds will be provided.
