Personalization Instructions

To personalize your necklace, please email customersupport@loriandco.ca with the following details after placing your order:

1. Subject Line: Include your full name and order number.
2. Attach Photo: Provide a clear headshot of the pet portrait for engraving.
3. Pet Name: Specify the name of your pet for engraving. Only one font is available—refer to our sample photos.
4. Multiple Discs: If you want multiple discs on the same necklace, clearly indicate which name corresponds to each photo. Ensure you pay for the correct number of pendants.
5. Pendant Placement: Ordering 2+ pendants and want them spaced apart? Just add a note, and we’ll arrange them for you!

• Protect from scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
• Store in a clean, dry space.
• Remove before swimming or exposure to chlorine.
• Avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelry.
• Use caution with lotions or creams to prevent damage.
• While jewelry can be worn while washing hands or sweating, we recommend removing it before showering to prevent product wear over time.
