First of all, we genuinely thank you for your interest in our cremation jewelry. The circumstances surrounding this style of jewelry are never easy. We are sending love to you. 

Our Urn Memorial Necklace allows you to keep your loved one close without having to alter the ashes. The urn has a small screw on the bottom that comes with a funnel and screwdriver. This allows you to add in as much of the ashes as you like. 

There is the option to add a picture to the front. The sample shows a pet but if you wish to have another image engraved, please email it to us and we can let you know if it is possible. You can also choose to have no image on the necklace.

If you want an image engraved please email customersupport@loriandco.ca with the following information once you place your order:

1. Your full name and order number in the beginning of the email

2.  For a pet attach a clear headshot of the pet and the name of the pet if you wish to have it included. Currently there is only one font style for the pet names, as shown on the product picture.

3. For images other than a pet, send along the picture or a detailed description of what you are looking to have engraved. 

Please note that these are done away and will take 2-6 weeks to arrive to the store. This timeline does not include shipping time.

Care instructions:

- Protect from scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures

- Store in a clean, dry space

- Remove before swimming or near chlorine

- Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry

- Use caution when applying lotions or creams as they may cause damage to your jewelry over time

- Avoid showering while wearing your jewelry. Jewelry can be worn when washing your hands and sweating, and if worn accidentally in the shower it will not affect the jewelry, we just recommend to avoid wearing in the shower so your shower products do not mix with the jewelry which will cause wear over time.
